How to Add Team Contacts

Each institution is allowed up to five contact people who can access the secure resources at the NROC Network website.

Initially, the institution has one primary contact person, the NROC Project Manager, who has login credentials. Additional access should be given to a technical support person, and three other leaders on your NROC Project Team. These individuals will have access to secure, member-only resources that must be protected to prevent security breaches, such as students getting access to assessment answers or instructor guides.

The NROC Project Manager can add up to four additional contacts by following these steps:

1. Log in at http://www.nrocnetwork.org

Login credentials are located in your Welcome email.

2. Click on Institutional Profile in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

3. Select Add Team Contacts from the drop down menu.

4. Fill out the form to add the new user and click Save.

5. The new user will receive login information via email immediately.
