The NROC Network (http://nrocnetwork.org) is the primary source of information and assistance for all NROC members. The NROC Network includes several sections that will be of particular interest as you approach implementation:
- Implementation Resources – searchable by course: secure assessments, student and instructor course guides, LMS archives, installation guides, metadata and more
- Professional Development -- archived webinars and articles addressing online learning in general, as well as specific uses of NROC materials
- Implementation Tips and Tools -- tools and ideas for letting your instructors, students, and staff know about your new resource, adapting resources and more
- Technical Support -- submit a ticket, browse the knowledge base and more
The designated project manager for your NROC implementation within your organization has been sent login credentials for the NROC Network. The project manager can manage access for up to 4 others on your institution's implementation team from the NROC Network website. This site is the first line of technical support for members. Access to this site is restricted to project administrators who will be supporting teachers and staff in the use of the materials.
