All instructors create their own password when they register their courses with the NROC Course Manager (via the "Course Management and Reporting" link in the course.)
If an instructor forgets the password, there are three options to reset it:
Use the "forgot my password" link on the login page. You must know the username, and the email address on file must be correct.
The institution's LMS administrator has the ability to reset the password when logged in to the NROC Course Manager with the admin username and password.
NROC tech support can reset the password. You'll need to submit a support ticket and provide instructor-level login access to your LMS. The tech support person can log in as an admin and reset the password, but only from within your course.
