The most common display issue is for the screen to be "cut off" or not display the scroll bars.
To view the entire unit screen, please try the following suggestions.
Browser and Computer Settings:
- Increase the display resolution on your computer to its maximum setting.
- Hide the toolbars in the browser and/or Operating System.
- Use the browser's "zoom" function to zoom out.
Change the LMS settings for each media object so the content opens in a new window, outside of the LMS.
Note: This is an LMS setting, and will require Teacher or Admin capabilities to make the change. Students will not be able to simply "Open in a new window (or tab)" using the browser to correct the display issue.
