How To Get Help

Follow the steps in this article to access the NROC Help Center and submit a ticket for technical support. Support tickets are only available to members who have login credentials at NROCnetwork.org. If you do not have credentials, please contact your institution's NROC Project Manager.

1. Log in to NROCnetwork.org.

You can find details on how to log in here.

2. Click on Help Center.

3. Click "Submit a Request".

4. Choose the best request type.

5. Fill out the form.

6. Click "Submit".

Optionally, record a screencast or attach a file, such as a screenshot.
